Here at Body In Balance, we offer  a full spectrum of available work-outs aminities.  Our studio offers One-on-One attention with Pilates and Personal Weight Training.

Upstairs is complete with dumb-bells, bar-bells, a smith machine and double cable line. A full personal training studio with state of the art cardio-equipement as well.  Downstairs in our Pilates studio you will find 5 Reformers, 1 Cadillac, 5 Barrels, 2 Chairs and 1 Ladder Barrel.  We also offer Mat classes. 

Our Pilates Mat classes:

Monday 11:00am - Stability Ball Training

Monday Night 6:00pm - Intro to Reformer

Tuesday 8:45am - Mat I

Thursday 8:45am - Mat I & Mat II

Saturday 8:45am - Mat II

Sunday 8:45am - Intro Mat I
