Clive Lobo, has been working out with weights for over 15 years.

He has competed in five bodybuilding contests in California and Hawaii. Whether your goal is to make changes in your physique, increase strength, increase performance, gain weight or lose weight Clive can show you how to do it with weights.

Clive trains clients out of Powerhouse Gym, at your place, and does a great cardio/strength training workout outside.

Belkis Rutchland was certified in 1998 by Romana Kryzanowska. With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, from yoga,aerobics & bodybuilding, Belkis has the expertise and knowledge to offer you authentic Pilates the way Joseph taught it since 1926. The studio is very private with state of the art equipment designed by Joseph and manufactured by Gratz Industry.

Lisa practiced yoga for 14 years prior to taking the leap of faith and received an Integral Yoga Certification in 2003. Since that time, Lisa teaches yoga to students of all ages and levels. You can find her regularly at:
